KT Adjustable Roller Bed
| Advantages: 1. Bolt holes are performed to adjust the distance between two roller centers, in accordance with various workpiece diameters. 2. Stepless speed adjusts by inverter. 3. Linkage interfaces are reserved in the control box panel, which can realize the linkage operation with the column and boom. 4. Beam welded structure gives the best robust working strength. 5. Combination of double enveloping worm and helical gear gives large driving torque, self-locking. 6. Motor and reducer formed brake dual insurance ensures the accuracy and security of stops. Note: Reducer can automate (≤100 ton), both motor and reducer can automate (>100 ton). 7. Conductive device has been designed to avoid damage to the equipment by the welding current (>100 ton). 8. Speed change rate is less than 2% in speed adjustment range. Insulation: Ip45 |
System standard remote have line speed and line speed screen of roller bed, roller speed adjusting knob, forward and reverse, stop switch, system start button and emergency. |
| Option: The system can be equipped with double foot, while control roller turning, reverse and speed regulation still belong to the remote. |
There are electric trolley and manual trolley to match KT roller bed. If equipped with electric trolley, the power frame outfits electric trolley, the idler frame outfits idler frame. Trolley adopts stepless speed adjustment and walking speed is 350-3500mm/min. |
| Materials of roller have choices: PU, PU and Steel, Steel. PU Roller: steel roller covered polyurethane, the workpiece is fully pressed on polyurethane, the roller has small loading capacity but big driving ability. PU and Steel Roller: the roller middle is polyurethane and steel covered both sides, like a sandwiched. This type roller has moderate load and drive capability. Steel Roller: Overall welded steel wheels, has big loading capacity but small drive capability. Roller bed's wheel standard please see below list(also we supply customized) |
Equipment standard input cable is 5 m, remote cable is 10 m, and the length can be customized according to the actual needs of user. |
