| Load on the end of boom when max expanded, 120kg, 200kg, 500kg, 800kg has been designed. Anti-drop device has been designed for highly protected safety. Column and boom made by beam type welded structure, giving the best rigidity and lower deflection when expanding. Lift, expand position limit switch are all installed for safety. Speed change by inverter, all over for current, voltage, moment functions are given. AC motor on top gives the power to lift the boom. Foundation needed before installation. Remote Remote has speed display screen, speed adjusting knob, column and boom moving control, rotation control (with option), trolley moving control (with option), slight adjusting carriage control (with option), flux recovery feeding control (with option), welding start control (with option), system start and emergency. |

Welding seam tracking unit Welding tracker is kind of special welding auxiliary equipment, which suitable for various welding process for seam tracking, mainly used for fillet welding, lap welding and automatic welding of opening groove butt welding. Contact optical tracking sensor with high sensitivity, has a simple structure, without arc interference, practical and other features. With manual adjustment, first left and then down tracking and other control functions, tracking speed can adjust automatically.
