2. Work table surface is made of finished casting, not easy to be hurt by welding spatter. Uniform positioning lines are engraved on the surface. T-shaped channels are available, which can facilitate the installation of various fixing and clamping unit.
3. Stepless speed adjustment is available for work table rotation.
4. Tilting of work table adopts gear worm reducer to keep constant-speed tilting within 120°, with large tilting torque, self-locking and reliable positioning.
5. All positioning can be placed directly on the ground.
6. Remote control of manual control box is adapted, convenient and flexible in operation. Linkage interfaces are reserved in the electrical box, which can realize the connection and linkage operation mechanisms and welding machines.
7. Tilting drive adopts motor with brake, forming brake double insurance, to ensure the accuracy and security of stop.
8. Rotating drive system is consist of AC variable frequency brake motor, reucer and drive pinion, AC variable motor deliver driving power to small pinion through reducer, to bring worktable’s rotation through slewing bearing.
9. Both tilting and rotation are using a dual-drive mode, which has small transmission gap and safer system.
10. All positioner can be placed directly on the ground.
11. Insulation class is Ip45.

Remote has rotary speed adjustment display, rotary speed adjustment, rotation or turning control, system start, emergency and other functions.
