High Speed Pipe End Beveling Machine

The pipe fabrication fast fitting-up machine is used for standard wall thickness pipes and fittings and heavy wall thickness pipe and fittings.
The piping fabrication fast fitting -up machine offers fit-up and tack welding of the straight pipe with fittings such as flange elbow, tee, etc. directly.
The machine increases the efficiency and quality of pipe-fittings such as flange elbow tee, etc, fitting-up.
The piping fabrication fast fitting-up machine requires fewer skills for fitting-up pipes and flanges and reduces work difficulty for the operators.


    







 

Pipe Welding Machine
As to weld the pipe completed by fit-up, the piping material as following: carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and low temperature steel.
Adapting welding seam form: pipe-pipe, pipe-flange, pipe-bend, flange-flange, flange-bend.
Tractor system: The welding system is fixed on the tractor cantilever, tractor can move due to the welding position in track, cantilever can electric lift.
Swing: swing speed, left and right stop time and swing scope can be set up.
Drive system: headstock drive, stepless speed of transducer.
Bracket system: with 2 groups of movable bracket, the bracket can move on the track to adapt to the different length of workpiece, the bracket can lift and adapt to the different diameter workpiece of electric lifting.

Action process: lifting the workpiece to the secondary bracket, then clamping the workpiece headstock, welding host moves to welding seam to adjust the torch position to align at the welding seam, press the start button ( set up welding parameters  in advance and swing parameters), the machine automatically begin multi-level and multi-pass welding.
